With over two decades of leadership experience, Mr. Lim has held prominent positions in both the private and public sectors. Notably, he served as President & CEO of General Electric (GE) Cambodia for over 13 years. In this role, he established and expanded GE's operations, achieving significant growth and contributing to the nation's infrastructure development. His accomplishments include securing major agreements in the energy and healthcare sectors and facilitating substantial philanthropic contributions to enhance medical services in Cambodia. During this time, he also served as a Board Director of the American Chamber of Commerce and Vice-Chair of the US-ASEAN Business Council for Cambodia for many years, playing a pivotal role in fostering international trade relations and business collaborations.
Passionate about education and healthcare, Mr. Lim serves as a Board Director for Angkor Hospital for Children and is the former Group President & CEO on the Board of Directors of the American University of Phnom Penh. He co-founded the School for Future Leaders International School and has contributed to various educational institutions. His commitment to these sectors reflects his belief in building strong foundations for societal advancement through accessible education and quality healthcare.
